Ruschell Boone joined NY1 as the newschannel's Queens Reporter in 2002.
Among the stories she's covered are the search to find a donor for a six-year-old girl seeking a bone marrow transplant, the closing of two hospitals in Elmhurst, the acquittal of three policemen in the Sean Bell trial, and the closing of Shea Stadium.
She is also the newschannel's Saturday morning feature reporter, and a regular participant in the "Principal for a Day" program – most recently at P.S. 140 in Jamaica.
Boone started her career in television as a college intern for CNBC Business News. After her graduation, CNBC hired her as a news assistant and she produced, field produced, and wrote for several shows. She went on to CNN, where she became an associate producer, and after eight months was promoted to assignment editor.
Alexa Hirschfeld started Paperless Post at age 23 with her brother James, concepting and beta-testing a product that would soon reach over 85 million users and push the boundaries of design and self-expression in modern communication. Since then, Alexa has headed the tech company’s product development and helped build it into the market’s leading platform for online and paper stationery.
As Paperless Post’s President, Alexa oversees a team of over 50 product designers, technologists, and software engineers. Alexa has been named as one of Fortune’s “10 Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs”; Fast Company’s “Most Influential Women in Technology”; and Forbes’ “30 Under 30.”
Collen Leddy’s creativity and intuition go above and beyond traditional media planning. Her knack for integrated thinking by way of media has maximized the impact of Droga5’s most renowned work such as Newcastle’s “If We Made", Under Armour’s “I Will What I Want” campaign and The Clinton Foundation’s “No Ceilings” initiative.
Colleen’s career began at PHD where she developed a passion for engagement strategy. Her passion led her to BBH New York where she worked on brands like Google Chrome, Cole Haan, The Guardian, Tiffany's, and Levi's. Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, Effies, Jay Chiat Awards, The One Show, IAB Mixx and the Webby's.
Erin Matts is a veteran of the media and advertising industry, with a background that spans executive agency, publisher and leading global brand positions. Previous to Annalect, Erin served as SVP, Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Glam Media in Silicon Valley. She also served as the Global Director, Digital Connections at Anheuser-Busch InBev where she was tasked with elevating the brewer's consumer position and engagement on all digital platforms.
Prior to publisher and brand leadership experiences, she led the U.S. digital media practice for OMD, the largest media agency in the U.S., playing major roles in helping the agency to be recognized by Ad Age as Agency of the Year in 2008 and 2009.
In 2015, Erin was named to ‘Ad Age's Women to Watch’ list among 20 women “who are breaking new ground in marketing and media.”
